Certainly you can. We can make it according to your requirement.
Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks. However high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate date. Rush service is available upon request.
Remember the old saying that you get what you pay for. Our patches are made with the finest materials and are guaranteed against defects.
We do not have a maximum order. Usually the minimum order is 100pcs. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.
If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will try our best to revise the proof to your satisfaction.
Usually we ship by express. ( DHL, UPS or FedEx )
We can accept many file types but the most important is you porovide the highest quality artwork files available.Vector files such as AI, eps or psd are preferred.
We accept T/T, bank transfer(local account). Pay before Shipping.
We can make your patch any shape that you want by using a heat cut border. Normally, a patches that is round, square, rectangular, triangular, or oval would have a merrow border.
Yes, we will have our graphics art department create a full color proof or physical sample picture for your review and approval, so that you can see what the patch will look like. Only get your proof/sample confirmation, then we will start mass production.
- Set Iron on to 400 (no steam), use blow dryer to warm the back of patch
- Place patch in position, cover with pressing cloth
- Press iron hard on pressing cloth, turn inside out and press again
- Let cool for 10 minutes
